When should I reserve my charter?
To secure a booking, we suggest making reservations at least 2–3 weeks prior to your event, but during the high season, which runs from May to September, earlier bookings are advised. For special events or corporate gatherings, we recommend reserving the yacht 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to tailor the experience to your needs.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our paramount concern is safety. In case of adverse weather deemed dangerous by our skipper, we provide the option to either reschedule to another suitable date or give a complete refund. Weather forecasts are constantly monitored, and if precarious conditions are anticipated, we'll proactively reach out 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Certainly, guests are welcome to bring personal food and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. In addition to this, we offer exceptional catering services customizable to your tastes. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not bring any glass containers on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to serve all our guests' needs. Our fleet includes vessels with varying levels of accessibility features. Please discuss your specific requirements with us upon booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations to ensure comfort and safety.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
A full refund is granted for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations made within 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund, unless it is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues attributable to us.
